How to Purchase Your Tickets

Our performances use reserved seating. Ticket Tailor asks you to choose a seat before showing its price, but clicking a seat does not purchase it.

Choose a seat first to see its price. You can look at the price, change seats, or leave the page without being charged. Your purchase is not complete until you submit payment at the very end.

  1. Open the ticket page

    Choose the Highland Holidays performance you would like to attend, then click Find Available Tickets and Prices or Find Seats.

  2. Click a colored seat

    Each colored dot on the seating chart is an available seat. The colors represent different seating and price categories. Click or tap one dot to see the ticket choices and price for that seat.

  3. Review the price

    After selecting a seat, Ticket Tailor will display the available ticket option and price.

    • If you are happy with the price, select that ticket option.
    • If you prefer another price or location, remove the seat and click a different colored dot.
    • You can change your selection before continuing to checkout.

  4. Select every seat you need

    If you are purchasing for more than one person, select one available dot per guest. Choose dots beside one another if your group would like to sit together, and check the seat numbers before continuing.

  5. Skip sponsorship packages unless you want one

    You may see options such as Friend of Highland Holidays or Tartan Supporter Sponsorship beneath the seating chart. These are optional sponsorship packages and are not required to purchase regular show tickets.

  6. Continue to checkout

    Click the button marked Continue, Next, or checkout.

    Before moving on, review your seats, ticket prices, taxes or fees, and complete order total.

  7. Enter your contact information

    Enter your name and email address. Please check your email carefully because Ticket Tailor will send your confirmation and tickets to that address.

  8. Enter payment and complete your order

    Enter your payment information, review the final total, and click the final payment button. This is the only step that completes the purchase and charges your card.

  9. Check your email for your tickets

    Ticket Tailor will email your confirmation and tickets after payment. You may show the ticket on your phone at the performance or print it and bring it with you.

    If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
